Vibratory Finishing Germany – Deburring & Surface Finishing

MMS Tec provides professional vibratory finishing in Germany using modern OTEC technology. We deburr, edge-round and finish metal components according to individual requirements. Our vibratory finishing services are available for parts manufactured in-house as well as customer-supplied components. From prototypes and one-off parts to production runs, we adapt the finishing process to the required surface quality and component geometry.

From Sharp Edges to Finished Surfaces

After CNC machining, components may have burrs, sharp edges or unwanted surface structures. Vibratory finishing provides an efficient way to remove these imperfections and improve the surface according to the component geometry, material and required result.

Using suitable grinding and polishing media, we can deburr components, round edges and smooth surfaces. The process can be integrated directly into our CNC manufacturing workflow or provided as a standalone finishing service for customer-supplied parts.

OUR STRENGTHS IN VIBRATORY FINISHING

With our OTEC finishing technology, we provide flexible vibratory finishing for a wide range of components and requirements. We select the process according to component geometry, material and the desired surface result. By combining CNC machining and vibratory finishing, we can provide multiple manufacturing steps from a single source. Our finishing service is also available independently for customer-supplied parts.
