Precision CNC Machining for Demanding Components

MMS Tec provides CNC machining services in Germany for demanding precision components using modern 3- and 5-axis milling and CNC turning technologies. From prototypes and one-off parts to small and medium-sized production runs, we manufacture complex components according to drawings and 3D data.

We process a wide range of materials, including aluminum, stainless steel, tool steels, titanium, non-ferrous metals and engineering plastics. Our experience also includes demanding and difficult-to-machine materials where reliable machining strategies, suitable cutting tools and precise process control are essential.

Depending on your requirements, we can also coordinate additional surface treatments such as anodizing, nickel plating, chrome plating, hardening and other finishing processes through our network of specialized partners.

More Than CNC Machining Services

In addition to CNC milling and turning, MMS Tec provides a range of complementary manufacturing services. We assemble individual components into complete mechanical assemblies and support our customers from manufacturing through to final inspection.

Our capabilities include precision metrology with ZEISS measuring technology, laser marking with our TRUMPF TruMark 5000 and vibratory finishing with OTEC technology. This allows us to combine multiple manufacturing and finishing steps and provide customers with coordinated solutions from a single source.

For additional processes such as heat treatment, anodizing, nickel plating, chrome plating or other specialized surface treatments, we work with experienced external partners.
